About DKAD
Diarmuid Kelly graduated from University College Dublin in 2005 and founded DKAD in 2009. The mission of the practice is to design and build architecture which changes lives for the better by giving outstanding value for money from building budgets, and by creating optimal spatial designs for each project. We believe that architecture makes a difference because it helps you to get more from your home or workplace, and great architecture demands a feat of imagination to deliver a space that is a step beyond the highest expectations of the client.
Design Ethos
In 2009 DKAD collaborated with fellow architect TJ Hartnett on a design for the Galway Harbour Pier Architectural Competition. Our entry was one of ten shortlisted entries from around the world. We believe that every new architectural project is our next opportunity to excel and improve our design reputation, and we apply the same rigorous design ethos to every project we undertake. There are no small or unimportant projects for DKAD.
Accreditation
DKAD is an accredited and RIAI registered architectural practice.
