DKAD requires a preliminary price (cost per square meter or similar) for the application of traditional zinc sheet roofing to a new domestic addition. The project is currently at sketch- design stage. The client wishes to prepare a detailed and accurate budget before proceeding to planning.
Date: August 2013
Area: 50- 60 metres square.
Fall: from 4 degrees to vertical.
Abutments and upstands: to be included in price as described in sketch image.
Planned Start Date: February 2014
Substrate: Assume suitable plywood structure to be provided
