Brief:
The client’s brief for this project was to add a dining room to this semi- detached sub- urban home. The exsiting house had been well maintained and continuously improved, so the main part of the house was in excellent decorative order. The clients required an extension which could be added to the house without any significant disruption to the household.
DKAD prepared a series of designs using 3D graphics, and conventional architectural drawings to articulate the designs to the clients. This version of the design uses the kitchen area in the pre- existing house, and adds a dining area in this glazed pavilion building.
