We are currently working on this new 22m2 living space for a family with a keen interest in gardening. This angular configuration highlights the maximum length of a suburban garden, and creates the impression that the relatively small external space is much larger than it is. The indoor and outdoor seating areas will address the garden, while occupying a minimal footprint, leaving lots of room for plants and trees!

This version of the design features a technically challenging double layer of board- marked concrete for the interior and exterior walls, polished concrete horizontal surfaces and bronze- framed floor to ceiling glazing. The form has been developed with a proportional system to impart a sense of unity on the non- orthogonal layout.
